Starting position: Patient is sitting on a chair. Upper arm is hanging by the body (neutral position: flexion, abduction, adduction:0°), 90° flexion of elbow, palm is rotated towards the body (0° neutral pos.) Starting position
Line of movement: External rotation of shoulder around the vertical axis of upper arm.
